PISS POOR EFFORT

come on people. Not enough signers yet!. Its really pretty simple. The petition is non-partisan. It doesn't commit you to anything. NOT signing would imply that you DON'T want fair reffing.

In fact, even worse, it would imply that you are all completely satisfied with the judging you have all received so far.

Thirty seconds of your time is all we're asking for.

I very carefully wrote this up as a global petition - not directed at any team, league or individual.

Requesting a professional organization for officiating is not an indictment of the reffing that has gone before, it is a recognition that the game has matured and that we need to move on to the next level.

Professional Officiating, and an organization that supports it goes far beyond managing to find a few good individuals who no longer play for competition teams.

Such an organization would be responsible for training, for expansion (allowing even local events to obtain competent judging), for establishing even better rules, for putting paintball officials in touch with officials for other sports, for review and improvement, for proper insurance and health protection of officials - the advantages of such a thing go far beyond one league and a few individuals.

No problem. I fully support the idea of a global ref organization. I may be just a bit touchy about the bias thing after New Jersey :D :D :D
