Defied how long did it take you to lay out all the astro? i am just asking for the sake of when we have to remove it all to flatten the ground as the owner who has the heavy machinery to do this is going on holiday the week we begin construction so we are hoping to get this all removed within 2 days if possible?

the astro turf i looked at today briefly was at the closest end to us in that picture and it literally was just lying on top so i presumed the other half was the same, but obviously we will know exactly whats going to be a struggle on the day we begin ! hopefully not too much !
With regards to bring your own paintballs, absolutely fine.

didnt lay out all the astro just 2 sections about 30 square foor big jump near toilets is on hardcore so easily lifted small hairpin jump near the cabin is on clay mud and difficult to lift in one piece

by the way there are some drainage systems and covers hidden under the turf

ok our plan is to use some large pipes we have to just roll sections up so it should hopefully be easier to move and relay that way.

excellent im sure we shall uncover them next week and if needs be we can always make some more to help with water logging problems as i know a few of the drains there were man made by the owner.

Robbo, you've played at a site or two in your life - why not pop down and let the board know what its like ? It would be as honest as opinions get - dont tell them when you are going to go ( and turn up in disguise , like "The Stig" of paintball )

Nice idea apart from one slight technical problem, and that is, I'm not sure I could get in unrecognised ... I'm nigh on 17 stone, bald-headed and tattooed up to the eye balls which kinda makes me quite difficult to disguise and so you best have a Plan B in mind .....
