Wonder what percent of dyes jersey market actually plays the millenium??!?

Paul.

To be fair to Dye

This rule has come in after they made their tops.

But to be fair to tha Millennium, I think it's a good decision. I don't see why anyone should be allowed to wear any sort of padding on proper grass/sand fields...it ain't necessary.

Millennium - go tha full hog and ban knee, elbow and shinpads, all they do is promote bounces and are not necessary unless you're in tha woods/playing on rough ground.

In an ideal world yes... however I imagine as all companies do they thought they were going to be selling, what looks to be a nice jersey, that would give you the edge in a tourney... unfortunatley it has been deemed to give you too much of an edge and has been banned. I guess thats the risk a manufacturer takes when it produces something of this nature...

sorry to disagree but I thank the lord that I had my pads on at Campaign and other events .... it may be nice Astroturf but it knackers skin and Jersey's very quickly, also Elbow pads are facing away from the incoming fire for the majority of the time or at least should be ;) I dont wear mine for bounces, I wear em to protect what are already dodgy knees from something that could put me out of tourney paintball for life...

Come on dood....

When you crawl for two days on ANY surface your knees & elbows get bruised up pretty bad mate. And there are some old blokes with worn out knees and elbows.... Respect the elderly !

As for Dye tops thats a DAMN shame man those things were cool like Margaret Teacher in a snowstorm.

(thank god Dye got backordered and I havent bought it for the team yet)
