I don't see why you are all pinning your hopes on this alternative series idea.
Did the NPPL offer 10 games when it split from PSP - hell no it kept it at 8.
The Millennium have just done any competing series a huge favour by lowering the number of games by allowing them to come in at the same level.
Less games = less field = less refs = more money for promoter.
Putting on a 160 team tournament and giving them all another 2 games is a whole lot more expensive than some sponsored drinks and free fruit.
Nope, you wont get 10 games if the NPPL or anyone else comes over, you'll get other trimmings maybe, and atmosphere that was lacking at DMA, but 2 extra games - I seriously doubt it.
