comrade loco, the reason I have not answered your questions about San Diego is simple. I have no idea what happened, or what incidents you are refering to. Not really my area. So I can't really shed any light on it, sorry.
Nothing about the San Diego event in this thread, ITN.

Dyslexia is nothing to be ashamed of. It's okay to come out and admit it. Maybe it's not dyslexia. Could it be results of an accident perhaps? Do you have a metal plate in your cranium? Overdoing the party thing--again? How 'bout your memory generally? Forgetting other stuff, too? Could be serious. It's all quite troubling. I'm beginning to worry about you, ITN.

Thanks for your concern Comrade.
I will be fine though.
I did get confused as to which thread I was on. I just didn't want to leave you hanging. I could see you were getting frustrated that nobody seemed to be interested in your San Diego rumors post. I mean, you had to try to revive it 3 times and I know that must have been tough for you. Perhaps there was nothing to report? Who knows? Must be frustrating!!

Steve, I believe (and this is not a press release) that the idea is to make Germany and Manchester (?) the 2 NPPL point events, and for the Dam, Toulouse/Paris, and Malaga to be stand alone events. None of this is final, but I believe it is likely. The events involved in the NPPL were likely chosen because those were the promotors who pushed for it. Some others wanted to wait (again) to see what thier options were I guess.

As for your concerns on judging and rules. As NPPL events they would be NPPL rules. You are more versed in what that means than I am. The points system and format would echo the NPPL format, which is changing slightly. I do know what the proposed format is, but until the AGM next week nothing will be decided. The NPPL want to move forward, but only with the support of the teams in the league.

1--glad to hear it though it could be you keep forgetting what's wrong and . . .
2--Very kind but you've no need to worry. I know ahead of time which questions will get answered and which ones won't. Kind of like your insider info. Cool, huh?
3--Not at all. Camille has assured me my queries were going to be delivered to NPPL folks capable of responding to them knowledgeably. I'm positive she did what she said she would. I'm also positive the folks who could answer would probably prefer not to. No frustration. I'm well aware the vast majority of the shee, er, peeps aren't particularly curious and/or have a well-developed cynicism with regards all the leagues.
Of course there were things to report. Very simple things really. Either player or players for Damage received additional penalties for their conduct in the game referenced or they didn't. Either the NPPL pursued the instigation of that incident or they didn't. Either Lang was suspended for 6 games and Dynasty played short after turning off his gun in the final prelim game or he wasn't. Either the NPPL actually enforces it's rules or it's the same old paintball con game dressed up in new clothes. Like I said, simple really.
4--I continue to be amazed at the dichotomy between what you know and what leaves you clueless.
5--I know I'll sleep better tonight.

So if Germany and possibly Manchester would be NPPL point events they will more than likely attract many US teams, filling up the pro division. But what about the other three? If the US teams are playing the five US NPPL:s and the two Euro events, who would be left filling up the other three events pro division you think?

In my eyes it would be pretty lame, with only a few american teams making it across and then we have the five euro teams, making it a total of maybe 7-8 teams playing pro in the remaining three.
