so sent my brand new marker that i bought recently back to the manufacturer as i didnt work properly from the day i bought from a reputable paintball store.
this markler had only been dried fired two -tree times before packing up completely at a tourney just as i was going to set it up to try and use (instead of my dm4 and ego).
and id spent money on a barrel kit ,grips,no rise and on/off so it was blinging.and it did but it still didnt work.

a team mate who is good a technical stuff had a look and said to send it back under the warranty which i did.

and guess what found out today that its going to cost me £50ISh for repairing it I MEAN I HAVE TO PAY FOR A MARKER THAT DIDNT WORK CORRECTLY IN THE FIRST PLACE OUT OF THE BOX!!!!!;)

talk about taking the piss with the warranty i mean it is worthless so now i have to spend even more money on this marker that ive never truly used to get it back so much for a tourney grade marker at bargain price

WISH I HAD BOUGHT A WRAITH OR A SECOND HAND TRICKED IMPY:mad:

OPINIONS APPRECIATED

I WILL BE SPEAKING DIRECT TO THE MANUFACTURER TOMORROW:mad:

Unfortunately it's not just SP that don't honour the warranty if you 'play' with your out-of-the-box kit (like we all do).

Unless they can demonstrate that your modification was to blame for the failure, they can't use it as an excuse.

Threaten to report them to Trading Standards if they won't budge.

They are talkin out of their buts in this country you are protected against warrenty bulls**t in the fact if it doesnt directly effect that part it cant void it

ie if you buy a car and change out the wheels it doesnt void the engine

so changing the grips and feed will not void any of the workings if the try it you can just report them to trading standards

there are enough backup stories proving the $30 piece of imported crap doesnt work out of the box.

Also if you had put a QEV on Smartparts in america are saying it doesnt void anything
