Mate, I was with the Storm AMs at Uttoxeter this weekend rather than the M25, I feel slightly affronted that you have singled out Storm in your criticism. At every M25 event we have attended, we have turned up on Saturday afternoon to walk the fields, found virtually nothing ready, and to a man we have set about carrying sandbags, designing fields, setting up and inflating bunkers, clearing up mess and generally trying to be as helpful as we possibly can, without grumbling or criticising the organisation. At more than one occasion while Storm players have been out sweating over the fields, there have been notable teams and players standing by sipping nice cool pints of beer. None of whom I have named on a public forum. While I can't attest to the situation you mention, this sort of idle criticism can tarnish a team's image, and I don't think it's an image that's warranted in the case of Storm.
Also, am I not the only one to realise that if the players are having to endanger themselves and deal with unstable scaffolding, then surely there is something inherently wrong with the logistics of the event?
