no one can shoot that, i dont care what your chrono says. it is physically impossible to "activate" the trigger 14 times in one second.
maybe people could just learn to shoot a gun accurate, instead of having to layer the field in paint.

It is at this point that I would like to politely point out that although it might be physical limitations to the number of times you can pull the trigger with one finger, most tournament players have the ability to walk the trigger. That means they can use two fingers, thereby doubling the rate of fire.
If we take the aforementioned 14bps rate that may (or may not) be some people's limit, that would mean that they would technically be able to reach 28bps.
This is a skill. People do it. Live with it.
As for fanning, it is a skill, but I don't believe it requires anywhere near the coordination as walking. My opinion (which I am allowed, last time I checked
) is that the rules should be amended (for an example, see my previous post) to refine the definition of a trigger pull.
If anyone is interested (and believes that this would benefit the sport), I would be happy to provide other ways in which this definition could be enhanced to provide for greater consistency, allowing for a differentiation between skill and firepower.
