Smart As A Carrot is one of the oldest teams in the country, But there is no member still playing who started it!!

I would agree with some of the comments above.

People's lives change with family and work commitments.

Plus if you are good, then "bigger" team poach players, this all has a negative effect on the team, sometimes causing it to fail.

On avarage, our players dont seem to make it to the 5/6 year mark! Myself included.
