yup definatly dont underestimate a team just by what kit they use, at the end of a day all the balls to 300fps and it still only takes one and your gone.....

one of my projects in work will be a rather nice pump marker which i fully intend to use at some stage.......and ask anyone that has seen me pull muggings with a pump before the result :)
i have a rather amusing story about mugging 5 or 6 players in the first 10 seconds of a walk on at congleton a couple of years ago....they couldnt belive that the guy with the 10 year old pump gun just shot the ****e out of them when they had nice shiney new ir3's! :D
the next day i was invited to try out for my current team....with the line 'we are looking for somoene small, fast and daft enough to play up front':p

no reason why you cant play front coz your tall, also a lot of people try a few positions before they decide where they like to play....for example one of our players was convinced he was a front player.....but just couldnt get a grasp on it, last tournie i played with him he was playing the best i ever saw him play and he was in the back right corner! my advise is try as many possitions as you can, and go with what feels right

ladies love kewl kid
who are you talking to? well, for me, its like this:
i can't shoot fast, i can't hide behind the speed of my gun right now(i'm working on it). BUT shooting fast is a SKILL that has to be trained on, its nothing that comes delivered with an electro trigger.so, fast shooting is not a cheap trick! its a hard earned thing. so dont underestimate guys who relay on their jaddajadda, you'll be counting your welts if you do. and its part of the game now, its just like that. the team i play for has just discovered that we don't put enough balls in the air and therefore lose games. we will work on this and our game will just get better if we shoot more and faster.

Reading between the lines of some of your posts it appears that you seem to get a kick out of trying to belittle the next generation of paintballers, these guys that you "can't take seriously" might not have the bling bling but may end up being the next Dynasty.
There is no class divide in paintball, lets not create one
