a, I allowed to say good riddance to milsim markers and players or will that upset people? They give the game a bad name. If you want military simulation why dont you join the army or the territorials at least?

I don't think the recent brush with Germany over 'simulated killing' really helps milsim either.

They're getting it rough.

edit:
And in short, no. Milsim markers will just be redesigned until they're not deemed as infringing copyright. Tiberius and all that will still stand strong.

They do not give paintball a bad name, infact I would like to know why you think they do ?

The people I have seen giving paintball a bad name is the sup air ballers at european events leaving their accomadation a sh11tpit or shooting and killing the wild life.

I have never seen anything like this about the milsim players and I say this as a supair player myself.

I agree. And with such beautiful products released by the likes of Planet and Dye why would you want to run around looking like a failed member of a spetsnatz unit.

Agreeing with Bambulus not Gassy. And i never said anything about behaviour just image

i doubt it will be the end for milsim markers. HK will simply be looking for recompense for these companies producing markers that are visually based on their firearms and i guess that image has been used without the permission of HK.

what they will want to do is first assert their authority over the trademark design (the look of the firearm) and then probably allow the manufacturers to carry on making them after they agree to license the design and no doubt provide backpay for the units already sold.

what it may mean is either that milsim markers will be more military styled in the future, rather than based on a specific design, or will suffer from a price hike to cover the license fee......

Why do we run around bouncy castles in power ranger outfits?

Different strokes for different folks. Some people get their kicks from planning and engaging in tactical simulations, it's recreational. Some people actually like to practice things like this without the burdon of killing, and I can see why.

My brain really isn't working at the moment, for some reason I can't vocalise fully what I'm tring to say.

Can I get a group of mates from work, join the army for 6 hours, play 10 games then go home?

Let's get rid of scenario ball. Then we can get rid of rec ball. Eventually, it'll be just tourney ballers left and the sport will go from strength to strength....
