well threaten legal action of the threats and the selling of the tickets he didnt have, you have done the right thing by offering him the refund, which is all hes entitled to, although no one can be forced to sign something its his only viable option, he either gets the money or nothing

yeah this is my opiinion, he is lucky we are offering a refund, so

if we offer him a full refund

and he wants the ticket

theres nothing he can do ?

he cant "legally" make us hand him it over because we have offered a refund

well re-reading it, its nothing to do with bobs dad anyway, his son chose not to have it and gave it away, if you give bob, not his dad the money back then everythings tickerty-boo, tell bobs dad to do one, and that hes lucky he got offfered a full refund, he has no leg to stand on, upon purchasing the tickets you was not bound by a verbal/written contract and if he gave the ticket away thats his choice, after thinking bout it you wouldnt even need the recipt or any proof of it, if this went to court the district judge would laugh it out the court, you have down the ground work by offereing refund, he cant have the ticket as its not his, sell the ticket to me and let him come ring me up ahaha

haha let me assure you im not afraid of this guy coming round here, i took the tickets off fraz because i can handle all that **** hed sooner have to shoot me in the face before he gets them. and your right it is naff all to do with the dad... mmmm bugger it, ill go round, give them money, if they deny we gave them the money, by the time lawers etc have anything to do with it T will have been and gone ;>

yea and the district judge will laugh it out of court and then the legal fees and costs of courts its an expensive pursuit

update went round his house and offered him a refund

he said no 2 ways about it im getting the ticket

so we went to the police station and asked there advice, explained what had happened and they told us that he had no claim to the ticket, and to post a refund through his door and if he bothers us again we have to phone the police and they will get involved


whawt sucks is i know this is not the end of it he was bloody raging when we walked away from the house the first time

imagnie his reaction when we told him if he tried to contact us again we would phone the police

because his mum was giving it "we will get the police invovled and you wont even get into t in the park" hah. aye very good police is on our side, just thought some of you might like to know the outcome (hopefully final one) as it is at the moment, cheers for all the advice again
