That's a fair point mate but then you have to remember the prices are high for a good reason!
1. the paintball industry is still comparitively small next to that of other indutries, clothes, toys, etc. consequently this means the guns are not in huge batch production.
2. next point is that the software designed and developed for these guns is quite often unique and therefore costs a significant amount, equally like computer consoles, etc. But after a few years these prices drop when the software becomes cheaper to make.
3. the final point is that like i mentioned the paintball industry is relatively small and therefore the seller compensates for not being able to sell as many at a "cheap" price and begins selling them at a higher price.
