That's what we need to get rid of......

That's also why Novice/Am teams get raked over as the Ref's feel they are in a position of authority they don't have with these "name" players.

I would bet though that the vast majority of Pros would also like tough hard reffing as long as they knew it was unbiased.

If you have refs all over you as soon as the slightest spray comes in that's great - I like that as long as I know that whoever I'm playing is getting the EXACT same treatment.
