Unfortunately, I didn't get the full-auto effect until after we had been knocked out of the competition:(

Would've been bloody useful mind:p

Legal disclaimer - at no point was my gun (with said extreme trigger bounce) used in any games or even with any paint ;)

Tad harsh matey!

I used an e2 and they ROCK in a big way!

Pure rippage, mowage and ownage with no bounce!

I'm just gonna sit back and wait for the Planet boyz to reply to this thread and let them give us 'their' story.

Peace

question

Suppose the question is, when said marker bounced on said test, did said demo guys/girls look suprised-shocked, or were they very calm.

Calm would tend to mean, filter was off, why I do not know
Nervous-suprised would be a dead ringer for, opps we've made a mistake, infront of tens of witness's.

So what'll it be?

need to get hold of Tank for an exit
First staff member looked bemused/suprised, and said "he's moving his finger", which we said wasn't the case as he couldn't shoot that fast even on a DC2.
2nd staff member [edit]didn't look at all[/edit] suprised, paused, then said "trigger filter is off".

Which it may well have been, but the marker was in some form of demo mode, so it was only cocking - not dropping the solenoid and firing gas. Which means that apart from cycling faster, it also has less kick = less bounce.

To be fair, at the end of the day a cocker will always bounce due to the reciprocating mass being so high, and the fact that it's a back forward movement, which pulls the gat back off your finger more than the kick from something like an angel/dm4 etc.

I wouldnt pay this thread too much attention

We had ours tested multiple times over the weeekend and none of the judges could get them to bounce - because they don't. The grip frame filters make sure of this.

The E2 is awesome.

As for it 'sucks'? A personal opinion.

Here's mine - it rips.

Mark, this thread isn't meant to be a "knock the eb2 thread" - which is why I didn't mention what it was in my original post.
I was impressed with the DC2, had 15bps from it 1st time i picked it up, after a few beers (so I was slower than I normally would be). :)

It was meant to be a "why use a demo marker with trigger filter off, when one of the major selling points is said trigger filter".
