Dunny plays Pro NPPL, Wayne plays Amateur in Millennium ..... Nuff said, no bias, just how it is !

Head and shoulders above Dunny?
I don't think so !

That's because he plays in the Conference League mate

It is not only impossible but also nonsensical to compare pro with am otherwise your ratoinale allows pros to be compared with novices which of course is even more ludicrous than your initial assertion.
Now wayne may well be the best Am player in the north, I got no idea but you cannot compare him with a pro until he plays pro .. end of !
[/QUOTE]

In my opinion.... contradiction.

you say Dunny and Wayne can not be compared in the same subject as they are diffirent levels then you comment that Siddy is better than Beckham:confused:

far from the truth, im not trying to shore up any argument just commenting on your comment.

I also dont think its wise to comment on peolpes family.

I think that Robbo was just proving a point in comparing Siddy Brown and Beckham. Virtually no one has heard of Siddy Brown because he doesn't play at a high enough level and there's no way you could compare the abilities of the two.

I think you just took him too literally.

fair play if thats the case but wht not clarify that when i made my initial post?? instead of gettin uptight and personal and going off on one

ive got no problems with nexus, you or any other team and have no bias to any one or any team. It seems to me that when you dont like peoples comments you try to baffle people with big words and big posts.

and missy q "behave"

to be fair, I don't think its an attempt to baffle you, and the words ain't that 'big'.
If the words baffle you then look them up. If you want to debate with Pete you are going to need to understand what he's saying, or you have already lost and might as well go home. If you think he's contradicting himself, but don't fully understand the 'big words' then perhaps you missed something, or misunderstood something?

Thats all I have to say thats sensible

I can't get away from the humor of you guys stressing out over what's said about Siddy Brown vs David Beckham though. Its pretty ridiculous. Even more ridiculous than arguing who the best northern player of all time is. As the thread is opinion based, then someone having a rubbish opinion was bound to come along sooner or later.

and we all know the answer is Ledz anyway. Its a no-brainer. I've watched him play since the early 90's and I can't even think of anyone else to consider given the title of the thread. Maybe in 5 years these 'Siddy types' can have a shout, but stamping your authority on the top level of paintball is not an easy thing to do, and to be considered 'great' by your peers is even harder, and something very few achieve worldwide, let alone in the northern wastelands of the UK
