Getting the local press interested

Well, I was having trouble getting the local press interested in the PA League and the Guildford Flyers.

Hotpoint said try out this letter I sent, and you never guess what,

It only worked,

We had our mugshots taken for a small photo for the article to make the next paper.

Thanks Hotpoint you are a genius.

I spoke to our local newspaper about a year ago, and because it wasnt a 'sport' they didnt think people would be interested.

As if i care about Kate Bloggs (age 8) who has completed her 1000k swim??

Well now you can tell the local press that it must be a "proper" sport, as Sky Sports is going to be showing it!

I have just recently had an article printed into my School newpaper thing. Its on Paintball in general and explains the sport. I will submit the article later when it is printed.
