ok so players with a freak, why have a front on it at all?
Why not just have the back peice screwed into your gun??
Perhaps its that in the ported section the ball is introduced to the atmoshphere more slowly from the high pressure environment inside the accelerator section. so is less deformed when it leaves the barrel to take its own path, so its path is straighter.
All i know is that one of my teammates just went from a 14" to an 18 and its a hell of a lot more accurate
i know cos ive shot his gun before and after, and i wouldnt say it if i dindt believe it
personally i use a 12", im getting a 10" soon cos i play front so idont have to worry so much about range/accuracy.
