I think I made it very clear exactly what I knew and didn't know about the matter in question in the post where I quoted the Millennium website (which has since been updated), an EXL board member and myself.

I hope everyone has learned a valuable lesson--telephones are evil! Avoid them at all costs!
Another lesson I learned is that it's very confusing when one hand doesn't know what the other is doing and in the Mill's case, it seems to have more hands than nasty ol' Kali, which only complicates matters even more.
So to recap--phones bad. Disseminating incorrect or incomplete information, also bad.

We all know this isn't a matter of mere disagreement.
Whatever the case, I will make my best effort to give you and all the EXL teams good customer service and suck up any insults because I suppose it is part of my job description.
