It would be interesting to know.....

Hopefully just guns! Smart Parts make minging clothes! Those Rase pants that the Uk team have to wear are a crime against paintball fashion (which is a fairly limited fashion):D

Would Dynasty have given up their rights to playing NPPL? Do you guys think that this agreement will be on the provision that Dynasty becomes an NXL team, as i cant imagine SP and the Grdiner brothers who support the NXL so strongly supporting the NPPL by allowing Dynasty to participate. Unless they have decided from a business point of view that Dynasty are a great team to back regardless of what format they paly, this would mean leaving politics aside though.......something that rarely happens......unless the gardner bros are acting in the interests of whatever will make them the most cash money!:)

The new gear with reverse threads looks good though... not the same level of blingness as Dye or Angel gear, but MUCH nicer than the old RASE stuff. They sucked ass. :D

True, thats one of the perspectives, but then again on the filp side, if SP prevent Dynasty from playing the NPPL then it would devalue the NPPL, and dynastys involvement in the NXL would validate it surely and cement it as the strongest league in the world, which would benefit the NXL partners (SP included) monumentally.

I'm sure SP will be doing everything they can to get Dynasty an NXL ticket. The question is do Dynasty want in on NXL? They have enough power to play wherever they want to play so ultimately it's up to them. The way things turned out for them this year i'd be very supprised to see them make the swap :)

huh ?
Well...if I was SP :-D

I'd take Dynasty full on board and outfit them head to toe, shower them with cash and jobs that allow them to play all 11 NPPL and MS events and hope for them to win them both.

At the same time do all the same for Philly Americans in the NXL.

All the while hoping the teams will win all three events and be able to say "Smart Parts, the critical element of a winning formula" at the end of the year.

That would create a marketing formula that would last from the first event the teams win in 2004 and well into 2006 or 2007 if the teams keep stay with SP and keep on winning.

my best

In order to get Dynasty in, wouldn't another team need to join in as well? There are currently 2 'conferences' with 4 teams a piece. If Dynasty were to join you'd have 9 total teams and unbalanced schedule structure. However you would open the "bye" opportunity per event.

Perhaps the NE Hurricanes may step forward to be team 10 and represent the NE sector of the US which is currently unfilled. They did play X-Ball in 2003 and have recently received the nod from Redz.

Dynasty played all 6 of the Millennium Series, and won all 6 events, and played all 5 of the NPPL Super 7 Series and won all but one of them.

This would be the very least of the contractual agreements i would imagine. Dynasty would not take a deal that gave them less money and less events to play. Unless they are going to play the NXL

In order to play one series, I'm sure Dynasty would have at LEAST totalled what they got this year in prizes and said "beat this."

As for the other team, Strange is the team that deserves a spot if they open it to 2 teams. I'd personally rather see the Naughty Dogs, as I enjoy watching them more, but Strange has been on the verge of an NXL franchise all year.
