excuse my ignorance but who is Sean? and Ron who are you? Lambini i will look for you flying like a ninja in your jim jams at Denver. k?

Mixing of divisions is good because the lesser teams can at least watch the pro teams play and also say that they have played against some pro teams and being on the receiving end of a pro team whooping teaches you fast lessons and makes you laugh hysterically during the few seconds the game goes on. If you beat em' well you get major braggin' rights....

Yeah it sounds like this is going to be a great event. I wonder how much it is integrated with the Warped Tour?

The only thing I am not looking forward to, is the drive up from Dallas. But eh, the road trip is an American Insitution, right?

See you all there.

When we played Amatuer 10-man at the last 10-man World Cup before the PSP/NPPL split we only played within our division because the other 10-man teams were not present. I'd have to say that was one of the most competitive 10-man events since everyone was vying for a spot and there were few "freebie" games. I'd like to see the events follow that model and only have teams play within their division. The XPSL does it as well, at least for the Am's, and it evens out the draw quite a bit.

Feltcher: Good to hear you are doing well! See you in September :)

BTW: This is Ron, not Sean, Sean is not Ron, and Ron is not Sean, but Ron is Takedown and Takedown is Ron. whew!

LOL Thanks :) I forgot that article was out already... of course you still won't be able to pick me out of the crowd, my picture didn't make it into the article, my identity is still safe! :p

I'm not sure if I was clear about the difference in draw for high ranked div II teams. Take a look below to see the difference:

Tampa
-----------
#1 Div 2 - Last Pro team (Jax Warriors, unranked)
#2 Div 2 - 3rd to Last Pro team (Icemen, unranked)
#3 Div 2 - 3rd to Last Pro team (Icemen, unranked)
#4 Div 2 - 2nd to Last Pro team (Infamous, unranked)
#5 Div 2 - Last Pro team (Jax Warriors, unranked)

Denver
-----------
#1 Div 2 - 1st Pro team (Dynasty)
#2 Div 2 - 2nd Pro team (Arsenal)
#3 Div 2 - 2nd Pro team (Arsenal)
#4 Div 2 - 1st Pro team (Dynasty)
#5 Div 2 - 4th Pro team (XSV)

Looking at the draw closer, the div 2 teams that play the unranked pro teams (who happen to be top level teams) in Denver must also play a second pro team... I wonder why the draw is so different this time around?

I agree with teams only playing other teams in their respective division, but you all know that as soon as that happens the next complaint will be, "Oh we've got to play the #1 and #2 ranked teams. What monkey did they hire to do the brackets this event? It isn't fair, WHAAAA!!!"
