Just had one more update from Jimmy the Sponge who has been playing for the Shockwave / Tigers team.
Here is what he had to say :-

'This is some of the worst judging I have ever seen, I thought us guys got f##ked till I saw the Nexus semi-final game against some French team, the Nexus guys got really f##ked by the judges.
My advice is, if you're English, don't come here if you are looking for unbiased judging'

Al, I hate to hear about things like this and in most cases it's just because people can't handle losing and pick on biased judging as a convenient excuse.
In this case however, there seems to be universal condemnation from the English guys and the couple of Americans we got guesting for us from WGP.
I will call one of the guys on Dynasty later to see what they have to say but it sure don't look good.
Perhaps it was best Al, that you I and Pete Martin and I did not go

I see where your coming from there!! french prisons are dirty and horrible! maybe they are trying to give enemy a chance to win something this year as they wont be playing the millenium. How many english people were on the board that decided to ban enemy. Retribution maybe?

It's always been like that. I played in Toulouse against a UK team with french judges.

We got 3 hits wiped and the other team (UK) got a 1-4-1 when one of our guys did a playing on and the other team complained.

We didn't know what was going on since we played as germans and didn't expect any favours from a french judge..... until we heard the other team was from the UK.

Tris, I hear they qulaified for the AM B finals but lost all their games.

Larsen, I hear ya, and I would hope that these are isolated instances because if it isn't, it just sets up an enviroment where 'What goes around comes around' will flourish.

I would hope that is beneath us but if it keeps happenin, give me a judging jersey and I'll go on the field with the rest of the Brits and we'll start having some fun of our own.
Basically, it has to stop !

Sorry to bitch but........

Just got back from camp!!!

Firstly the setup & everything was top notch, as good as millennium, but this is all let down by the worst marshalling i have ever seen. We had players being eliminated & 141 after the games had finished and all players had been checked and left the field and this crazy shiznit was happening to us, nexus, method & even Dynasty!

The last thing i would like to say is Ton Ton should be banned for shooting my team mates in the head & neck after the game is finished, i can understand people being siked an all but to purposely aim for someone's head when they aint even looking is WRONG! and i will tell ya if it ever happens again you guys better be looking for hospital sponsorship
