Robbo, I can't see any harm in unbanning him from this site, maybe with a caveat that any deals he does in buy / sell are through a thrustworthy third party or he's just plain banned from posting there. He'll probably end up as a pariah for his passed actions on here anyway, maybe in a couple of years the community will forgive, but I doubt anyone will ever forget.

As for the rest of the paintball world that'll be up for the individual event organisers to decide anyway won't it? you obviously can't tell them to forget everything you told them about him, I'm assuming you didn't tell them to ban him in the first place, you just advised them what had happened and they made their own decisions, so unless you lied and said "I was wrong about him, he never did that" they are unlikely to welcome him back with open arms.

I dont wanna go to the CPPS with all my kit and teams kit laying on a table, ready to be used if he is around. I just couldnt trust him after all the stuff that has happened. He isnt sorry ONE BIT for what he has done, he is sorry for the fact that he was caught doing it, and is now spitting his dummy out because he cant play ball. A deserving punishment if you ask me.

Does it really matter whether he's banned or not on the forums? As far as i understood it was the site owners and event organisers that had banned him from sites and events so it would be up to them to unban him!
Now me personally, i wouldnt pi$$ on this kid if he was on fire! He's a thieving, scamming, no life scum bag who would do better finding a sport or hobby better suited to him.

You start university after A-levels are finished. No university will admit a candidate even on the basis of estimated result grades (they'll give a provisional offer perhaps but certainly not full admission!).

I think he should be kept out of the community, more for his own safety than anything else. I know that if I bumped into him I would start bullying him mercilessly. I think there are enough people waiting to make his life miserable that he would soon start looking for another hobby anyway.
