right we all know what they are up to, boycott thier products, if you come up against a team they sponsor (i'm not sure who they do if i'm honest as i'm a rec baller) don't play them

if your sponsored by them, quit

i don't mean mince the old gear of thiers but for god's sake in the future, buy something else

Ok, Smart parts have made a few bad patents, but this isn't the answer to your problem, you need to take them to court

Unfortunately for the SP guys here in the UK, they have nothing to do with, or any influence over the guys holding the reigns in the US, and boycotting them will only serve to put them out of business - which wouldn't affect the big boys in the states in the slightest, as they'd just find another outlet to distribute in Europe.

Patents are a way to protect your business not unethical trading. If smartparts designed the electronic system why are they wrong to patent it, if you designed something you would.
