im working on something little but, we'd (being the south welsh) would cry out for a reball facility.

You mention the magic word (to me anyway): Drills! Which I'm happy about.
A lot of teams still seem to think that training = playing games.
Anybody who has participated in any sport at anything resembling a serious level can tell you that playing the actual game itself is about 10-20% of the actual training. The rest is doing drills. Team drills. Individual drills. Partial team drills. What in real training is known as reps.

Glad to hear the Scandinavians are picking up on this. To be honest, this doesn't surprise me, as I've found that in any sort of sport in which I've had dealings with our Viking brethren, they tend to take things seriously. And consequently get quite good at it...
