I continue to enjoy playing but the only excitement or nerves I ever get now is in 7-man when I'm not on the field and have no impact on our results. Maybe it's just a matter of personalities.
I guess..it's much the same as any other chemical stimulant...the more you do it...the less effect it has..so I guess, after a while, the adrenalin, just produces "enjoyment", rather than the full on, effect it once had..much like familiar sex..:D or should that be :(

Not quite true..was discussig this with a friend who owns a model shop...commonly, an accident with an average chopper, will either involve pregnancy, or, more on topic a £150-£200 bill...not that isn't enough.
You may break one skid, teh shell and a main rotor blade, but have the ones you bought in a pair last time, so can be replaced from spares...or...gear box's are quite expensive..all epends on the accident really!

Beta blockers = Low adrenaline (Aswell as low blood pressure and slower heart beat rate)

Then again, there's nothing wrong with a clear head..

Oh, and adrenaline has a 'satisfaction' level, much like nicotine for example - You're gonna need to get more and more increasingly to get your fill.
