If you think about it Duncan, I am suggesting me and you are now aware of this limitation he might or might not have, and even though we might not have a specific example to work with, we do however have a theoretical one and on that basis, 'yes', it does count if God were to be the only being after the rewind to be aware because it's been flagged up now, no matter what God does subsequently.
that being said this would mean this answer is kinda a kick in the teeth for belivers then as that pretty much means God is not omnipotent only supremely powerful which is a major step down in power.

Well, he wouldn't be God then; so they would either rework doctrine or simply claim that he is not the true God seeing as he is not omnipotent.

Obviously this is denomination dependant but lets just go with Protestantism for now; by definition God is omnipotent - all of Christianity upholds this fact, not I alone.
