If it's any time, you'd expect them to do it now...

If companies see the light at the end of the tunnel, they'll spend the cash they have now to get a foot in the new growth

In any sector, the recession is no way near at its worst yet. Long way down to the bottom yet!

I'm with Pete on this one, what a load of bollocks! Paintball is not exactly a mass market at the best of times, why would a huge multi-national like Nike want to compete for a small share in a small market! As for the speculation that they might start producing hardparts and bunkers, good grief Charlie Brown! In what other sports do they do this? Apart from the odd ball, do they make golf clubs? Do they make bicycles? Do they make tennis rackets?

Some of you really neet to take a reality tablet and stop believing every lame internet rumour you stumble across!

I speak to most of the guys Stateside and I'm afraid there's not much recovery rhetoric going on ..... I only wish there were.

I'll give you that and that they do make equipment for some sports, but not all the ones they are involved in.

In tennis they make the Shoes, shorts, tops, sweatbands but not actually the racket so perhaps its what Nike may do if they chose to enter paintball.

I think they probably have as big a share of the shoe market in paintball as any other brand already! Far Eastern sweat shop products FTW
