No one's suggesting your friend's less of a man than anybody else.
As to the actual thread, yes.
There was this guy in my year, all the way through school, he had some mental issues and basically his behaviour was childish. No one blamed him for that, because it wasn't his fault, but the teachers and assistants did the worst job of looking after him and teaching him.
Basically, if someone in the class made a joke about him, the teachers would chastise them and tell them he gets treated the same way as everyone else. But that was BS, because he could do whatever he wanted and get away with it, e.g. smashing windows, tackling you during rugby when the ball was on the other side of the pitch. If any of us had done that sort of thing there would be hell to pay, so I myself nearly hated him.
That's one of the reasons there should be schools for disabled people. A teacher there would have been able to properly teach him right from wrong, and not just give him the impression he could do what he fancied.
We're talking mental conditions, not physical condtitions.

There should be alot more school like this opened even for the not so severe as its not right, Not saying that its the parents fault but they have children and unfortunatly some Turn out to have disabilities and Mental/social problems If this is Known in ultra scan why have the poor child that when your dead and buried is going to be abused and mocked as who is going to look after them the goverment dont give a **** and So does noone else, Its unfair this Happens to the very few new borns every year but its a fact of life sometimes there is an error/mistake if this does happen take a step back and think im say 16-40 now when im dead and gone who is going to look after him/her
Someone who used to go to my school had a problem like this, he is an only child and his mother is about 55-60 now and father about 60 he is only 15 and already 6ft 2 with severe facial disformitys and learning dificulties He dosnt no what hes doing but he gets no help. 'one day in school he was on his email adress he had one contact his mum who sent him regular emails from work every day one day i was standing next to him just to see what he was doing to my suprise he had composed and sent a email saying Something of the lines
"F*** OF MUM YOUR A PRICK I HATE YOU AND NAN IM NEVER GOING TO BY NANA A PRESENT AGAAAAIN LOVE X ADAM" it had many spelling mistakes but it could still be clearly read
So 2 days later im coming out of school and his mum collars me and sais
"YOU **** my adam told me what you did sending emails like that to me I bloody hate you, you little scum bag"
I had No idea why she was having ago at me as it was her son
A few weeks later he Came and told me that He was having S** with a Pretty popular girl good looking and all" he even told his mum this and his mum when and started an arguement with this girls mother for having 'sex' with him which was untrue but she got the blame even no this never happened
People like this should be seperated from the community and with people of the same problems and difficulties to realise there not alone in the world

So if the ultrasound scan (which do not show everything or may be misinterpreted) shows a less then perfect human it should not be allowed the chance of life.
When you have grown up and spent sometime in the real world you may have a valid opinion but untill then keep the sort of crap you have just posted to yourself.
Search me, fella. All I knew/cared about him was he got special treatment and had the same last name as me, so I got a fair bit of mocking with people asking how my "Brother" was. Call me a b@st@rd, but that was how it was through my eyes.

2) There was actually an experiment like that in Germany. It was called Aktion T4. Look it up, you might get some new ideas.
Ultra scans are like 90% accurate now and my opinion is valid i dont care what you think as my Mother Had A Baby which had a 92% chance of down syndrome but why would she put a child through it when shes gone she was 43 at the time
