Did I get a good buy?

Just starting out and buying all my gear. I just bought a Pure energy 1.1l 300 Bar Fibre wrap bottle for £50 but its out of test. I know its costs around £25-30 for a test.

Should be ok hopefully. Fibre wrap bottles seem to be bit more reliable that steel. Born date was 2003/10

Whether it was a good buy depends on whether it passes. If it does, good deal, if it doesn't....you fail hard.

ok i'll keep you updated. Diving shop 15 mins away where I live charge £30 for a test. so will pop it in next week.

send it off to hpac to get it tested bud as far as im aware its the only place in the uk to get paintball bottles tested correctly

Diving shops normally have HPAC certified 'Testers'

Or if they havn't they normally send them to someone who is qualified
