I once gave a woman what she called "the definition of multiple orgasm". But I have no money. Do I win?MissyQ said:I suppose that depends
What makes you think it's inbuilt? Since when is sexuality natural? Sexuality only became something one even considered in the 18th century. Hell, Spartans only had sex with women to create more spartans and it was in fact socially unacceptable to do so for any other reason, as they considered the height of erotic fulfillment to only be achievable with another man. They didn't think of themselves as gay or straight. What I meant was that "Straight" is a problematic term since noone is 100% straight. We just aren't born that way, we're socialised to believe that we are and that to be gay is bad, so noone will admit to it (ever thought about kissing a man Robbo? ) and will probably react violently if accused of it. But the fact remains that we aren't straight or gay, we're just us, then society labels us and we're coerced into performing that particular identity. Anyway, back on topic. There is quite obviously such a thing as straight as it is the only way the human race can continue? It's inbuilt.
I don't quite know what I'm taking about but that statement just doesnt make sense to me!

Its much the same in Greece today, but the rest of us arn't quite so utterly gay, thanks very much. What makes you think it's inbuilt? Since when is sexuality natural? What makes me think that it's inbuilt is that it's natural, its the natural way of the race continuing so It kind of doesn't make sense to me that people wouldn't be straight. I see what you mean, and it's intersting to hear. I am in NO WAY homophobic and I also understand what being 'gay' is sometimes genetic also. Just makes sense to me that we are programmed towards the opposite sex. Interesting thoughI once gave a woman what she called "the definition of multiple orgasm". But I have no money. Do I win?

You a computer? If any programming goes down, it's in the oedipal (or electra in your case) crisis. If you're a freudian anyway. I don't think sexuality is genetic. Everyone automatically swings towards the procreation argument because of the medicalisation of the world since the Enlightenment, but why does being polymorphously perverse preclude the possibility of procreation? Anyway, I find this stuff fascinating, but I realise a lot of people don't so I'll shut up.What makes me think that it's inbuilt is that it's natural, its the natural way of the race continuing so It kind of doesn't make sense to me that people wouldn't be straight.
