Wanted: Desktop RAM

Im not looking to spend loads, just need a decent stick of ram or two.

Must be:
DDR2 240pin
1gig or higher (no 2 x 512 sticks or anything)

Yeah had a look on ebuyer, but ive got money for training and some money for more RAM. But I havn't got that much. So looking for someone with one for sale in the sub 20 bracket. Doesnt have to be new, but not too old.

i know you said you didnt want 2 x 512 but if your on a tight budget
ive got 4 sticks of 512 ddr2 sat doing nothing on my shelf...if you want em you can have the lot for 20 notes posted

Memory is dirt cheap anyway... you can get 1GB of real good quality stuff for £25 brand new these days..

Thats not quite true is it.

REAL GOOD QUALITY, is not £25 for a Gig.

Corsair Value Select is about £30 per Gig and that is about as low as I would go.

I have 2 Gig of Twin XMS2 that was only about £80.

Corsair Dominator, is what I would call REAL GOOD QUALITY...thats about £150 a Gig

Easy on him, he knows as well as I do that £25 wont buy you GOOD RAM, but...in PC shops, they are used to telling people that the ram they are getting is GOOD. So he is used to saying that to customers!

Which it is, if its like Corsair Value select, but it isn't what I might call, GOOD ram, or any other home PC builder who likes to dabble.
