Personally, I think the paintball industry performs minor miracles with the progresses they make year-on-year and the technology has been developed beyond all expectations over the last ten years. Compare it to the air-gun industry. They are only just now using solenoids and electronic triggers, and a lot of what they are doing comes from the R&D done by the paintball industry.

As long as products are safe and faulty merchandise is replaced or repaired, I for one hope they keep on "rushing".

Pulse breakages are due to over-tightened feednecks and the use of a certain type of polycarbonate which isnt designed to take shear pressure but very good at taking impact pressure - which in my book makes it mostly user error - not deliberate company rush.
.

but this hasnt happened with halo/empires/vlocitys, and surley people dont just over tighten there feedneck if they are using a pulse.

They are made from a differant material. This polycarbonate isn't designed to take shear pressure like tendering said. But as we have seen can take hits from nails quite well :D

I don't know about vlocities, but people crack/snap halo and empire necks all the time. You probably don't hear people complaining about it though because halo/empire don't say their shells are unbreakable. When people's supposedly 'unbreakable' shells break then they start complaining.

i was thinking about putting the mini in, but i have no first hand experience in any of its faults, just word of mouth. ie 'it chops more paint than it fires' and that its just an Automag with a new board...
