I'm sticking with my opinion..... one of each, they've all got something the others haven't.
I have to agree with that. But then I've been gaming since Pong and have just about every system since Atari 2600. Yeah, I'm as much a game whore as I am a marker whore
Right now I think the 360 is the strongest of the three. Best online features, a bigger library of games and higher user base (more people to play with online).
Wii is just plain fun but the graphics are def not "next gen". Great for party games though, watching your friends trying to wii-bowl drunk
the PS3 has great potential but I don't see a killer app for it yet that makes me want to buy one yet. I'll probably pick one up when the next Tekken comes out. Graphically I'd say it's a tie with the 360.
If you're using the component cables on the 360, you can get hi-def in the form of 1080i (interlaced). You can only get true hi-def (1080 progressive) with the HDMI cables.
And I have a 40 inch Panasonic HDTV, which I'm quit happy with. I've always had good luck with Panasonic TVs.
