Could eat Turkeys all day long as, don't see the point to them. But ducks they are cute and could not eat them !! I have to fund a memory feeding them bread at the local pond when I was a kid ! Geese now they are great guard dogs (well replace the dogs)

Herring in Oil with Onion
Herring in Cream with apple and onions
Herring in mayonaisse with chopped pickles...
Herring in... (ok, you get the idea)
Fish greek style (cooked, chilled, served with cooked carrot)

After that it's Borsch with kolduns followed by mushroom soup.
Roasted carp
Pierogi with cabbage and mushrooms
Pasta with poppy-seeds
Cabbage with mushrooms
Cabbage with pease
pease puree


Cakes as dessert...
