Christmas dinner around the world?

I'm curious - what are people having for christmas dinner in different countries?

In Denmark the standard is:

Roast goose or duck stuffed with apples and prunes
Candied potatoes
White potatoes
Red cabbage
Gravy

Dessert is rice pudding with whipped cream and cherry sauce

That rice pudding thing, is that the weird word that you Danish types like to teach us foreigners? I know how to pronounce it, but I'm clueless about the spelling... I'm confident it starts with an R.

Roasties ( many many potatoes )
Veg ( carrots and peas and sprouts and parsnips )
Gravy ( **** loads )
Pigs in blankets ( tiny sausages wrapped in bacon )
2 types of stuffing
I think thats all of it

then desert would be xmas pudding

washed down throughout by some like of fizzy wine type thing

starter - prawns in a marie rose sauce wrapped in smoked salmon

main -
turkey and goose
stuffing
roast potatos
veg (broccali, carrots, peas, beans, cauliflower)
gravy
yorkshire puddings
those sausages in bacon
normal sausages
(then seconds)

pudding - tiered merangues (sp) with a layer of chocolate and then cream in between them so it goes merangues(sp), filling, merangue, filling, merangue
(then seconds of this too)

having a large gut is great
