screw drinking just take sterioids lol, or you can get those protein pills which you can turn into muscles
That's right, take some protein pills and swing a dumbell about and BOOM you have muscles trying to rip through the skin! Ronnie Coleman must be ****ting himself. Wasted time consuming over 10,000 calories a day and all he needed to do was take those. You sometimes wonder if the pro's really know what they are doing if they can miss a thing like protein pills..

Gyms will be the next thing to go.

you are better off with high quality protein than all those chemicals like roids and creotine. Give your body what it wants and it performs at its optimum. Like someone mentioned, energy won't come from protein it will come from carbohydrates or from more effective, natural-based things like taurine. Can also help you there too :)
PM'd by the way

Energy

If all you need is a burst of energy for about ten minutes at a time such as for tourny play, rather than protein shakes which are really meant for quick absorbtion of protein after a workout, you should have a proper energy type drink or eat foods with high quick release carbs such as jaffa cakes and apples before and/or after your game.

BTW a proper energy drink is not lucozade or red bull but the powder mix stuff that athletes use. Basically quick absorbtion sugar and nutrients, and they sometimes have a shot of protein in to keep the muscles happy.

Other alternatives are recovery drinks such as pro-recovery which I use if i have to play football after doing a circuit class or something like that. You would take this after playing a round to replace lost nutrients, and be full of beans for your next round. Best sugar rush you'll ever get! :D

Hope helpful.
