we are wearing custom tops in Div3. Not had a single problem.
About the stickers. There are clear rules. Follow them and everything will be alright.
Not even a mini sticker is allowed at the goggles. not even single letters (with our names on it so we don´t wear each others goggle by mistake, which by the way is nasty (wearing another guys sweat )

Ok this whole situation about the custom jerseys or tops, arised because of someone's inability to interpreter English.

THERE IS NO RULE THAT WILL STOP YOU USING CUSTOM JERSEYS/TOPS.
