my uncle works for West Midlands poice department and knows leane well.. he said that she never mentioned anythign about a paintball fraud case and the name jamie isnt on the fraud system yet.. he also said here details are on the internet..
he also said they have to have a personal signature underneath a email, and they only ever email people if they have documents to send..

Also he said leaglly that tthey have to ring you or turn up at our doorstep to tell you the accusations against you and not over email as it could be mis-translated or understood..

Hi Dave,
much as I'd like for that to be true - I'm afraid it's highly unlikely but what I do find peculiar is the way in which this copper got in touch with me and told me to take down the offending posts ... this cannot be the way things are done, I've got some experience with old bill [nothing muderous I hasten to add] and this is the first time I've encountered an emailed threat / dictate; if in anyway, this is inappropriate or bucking protocols then I'm gonna be pretty pi$$ed off at her heavy-handed approach.
We'll know after Thursday presumably .....

Have i really got to read another 250 messages to find how this all ends......there goes the rest of the evening!

Wow just read this thread, amazing what some little scumbags will go to, to get all their gear! Makes you wonder when he says he has all this gear, was that obtained the same way? Buy dispute get the refund then buy more? Wouldn't mind hearing from the mods as to what happens with this, but can understand as it's an on going court case not alot being said now. But i think once his parents realise just what he's done, well doubt he'll have much left!! Unless of course they are well aware of and have done similar things themselves.

Think if i personally see him at a site he'll be getting lit up!
