The guy hasn't been on since 29 August so may not have had your messages I'd recommend putting this contact to the mods in as a new thread in 'talk to the mods' rather than losing it in this massive thread & potentially implying fraud

Assuming you paid via PayPal and not as 'payment owed' then raise an initial dispute under PayPal. Add to it copies of your correspondence that has been sent so that everything is there under PayPal for them to look over
(This also ensures it gets emailed to the seller via the address linked to his paypal account in case he does not have notification emailed via the forum)

Karl, I'll phone duncan now and get him on to this. He's been mega busy for the last week or two, he's probably just forgotten! He's sold plenty of stuff before, so don't worry!
