Wow i have only just come across this thread and read from start to finish, and the effort and tenacity from all the admins and Rob the owner is amazing! It makes me really happy to be part of the forum knowing the level of safety that you guys work towards and with that i'm off to buy lifetime plat membership!

If the judgement comes out at over £600 inc court fees, interest etc get it to high court enforcement officers rather than normal court bailiffs if that's the enforcement route you want to take, they're much more aggressive and the debt rockets quickly with them, if you want any help drop me a pm, I do the legal side of credit control for the company I work for.

The request for judgement was put in just shy of £1000 all things considered. However the kid has "defended" the case, the defence is laughable, when we get infront of the Judge i'm going to slaughter him, especially since his main defence is a "recorded phonecall with the guy at tnt" who has since retracted his statement and believes the item was actually delivered correctly.
