After weeks of waiting PayPal sided withe me because of all the info collected from this site, I did not need to take him to court, but I help out anyone that is going to do that. Thank you for all your support.

Holy crap, what a read. Reminds me of a 'sam' scammer on OcUK a while back. Will have to look at that.

Is there a court case pending etc? Is anyone allowed to talk about legal proceedings?
