Fraudulent activity by a buyer/WARNING TO ALL MEMBERS

there are some in there from the mods but these posts get a rather good response back so I have included them
I received the refund this morning, even though last night i was informed that his paypal account was down over his card issues and would take 3-4 days. Glad the whole problem is sorted now, thanks to everyone for your help keeping the pressure on him to sort this issue and to the mods for looking out for us all, doubt he would have been as forthcoming without your assistance.
Just to add to the letter being sent to his parents, doubt it will have the same affect as the one on the way from the police national fraud unit

Ok, just to point out if you wish to open a dispute over the £50 paypal will close it so fill your boots. I am not pushing the fraud side of it, i reported it to the police as i said i had, it had been logged as a crime as your activity is fraudulent and was passed to the national fraud unit, the ball is now in their court. i would like to point out however that returning the funds does not change the fact that you committed a fraudulent act to which the police are now looking in to.
I tried to help you out an youve pushed your luck and its back fired, your problem now.
I am keep ing copies of everything as evidence as advised but would appreciate it if you left me alone now, whatever happens next is between yourself and the authorities.

The moderators on this forum done nothing but moan pixels, i didn't even realise this thread was open until 4 days after it was open (that's how organised they are). So if you really do feel secure, it's not because of the moderators, they had no authority or power over me and still don't now. Heads up - I've just texted this jamie prihk and advised him it's best he gets one of his parents to call me and sort this out, it's the lesser of evils I know but in cases like these, so many of them ignore the commonsense road to take in favour of burying their heads in the sand.
At present, every single time we've had a case like this, we've either got all the money back or had succesful prosecutions ... it doesn't hep when we realise the intellectual level of some of these people we have to deal with in caes like this - it doesn't venture much past their shoe size and so progress is painfully slow but always resulting in our favour ... and so will this case.

That fraud case was a mistake, as much as you guys won't believe it, it was, if it makes a difference you have my apology FOR all the offensive remarks i have given you of all my accounts. But i will not apologise for the paypal dispute that this whole thing is about, because that was a utter mistake which i couldn't of helped.
