This morning I receive an email from him asking for the address of Mark, the Irish guy he's tried to rip off ..no doubt because he wishes to demand proof [a signed letter of some kind] that he did not receive the marker .... I have honestly never encountered someone sooo stooopid as breakwell, doesn't he realise that asking for proof of non-delivery is an absolute facking insult?... Especially seeing as that demand has come from someone of breakwell's character and background ... it almost beggars belief this idiot hasn't been ironed out and continually eats hospital food.

He's either stalling paying or he really is so thick in intellect and skin type .... there really is no other explanation for his insane request.
If he does pay up, I'd be almost disappointed,.... really .... I know it's a bit of a drive for me but I would have derived a warped sense of satisfaction knocking on their door some time and meeting them all.

considering he actually (supposedly) posted the Marker to Mark in Ireland surely he should have the address already

He has also been pm'ing people trying to buy markers from the states (I see everything) on the account he is using to converse with you Pete.:jaw::holedig:

How on earth can Mark prove he didn't receive something?

The tracking number he was meant to provide will be able to tell whether or not it was actually delivered. Even with International signed for (which it would have been with Royal Mail) while it doesn't track the progress of the parcel does provide proof of delivery in the form of a signature.

This guy needs a visit I think. I've never heard anything so ridiculous, next thing he'll be looking to search the house to prove it isn't hidden in Mark's attic.

I did remind him of that fact Craig in my reply but he really doesn't seem to understand certain basic things in life, the first being, that every time he opens his mouth, he gets into more trouble.
The fact he has told everybody he's sent this marker to Mark but then asks me for his address doesn't seem to have raised any alarm bells in his head .... we really must be dealing with a new species of homosapien here .. no really Craig, we are ... I think they call it regressive evolution whereby a species sheds one of its evolved advantages and returns to a former state, the reason this is possible is because we live in a welfared society and can cater for all types within our country and so normal environmental pressures are short-circuited in favour of a welfare based society.
Normally speaking, any regressive speciation is extremely short-lived because of environmental pressures but as we know ... the UK seems to be the place all sorts of ingrates are welcomed into and taken care of.
And this is one of the reasons why I always maintain violence has its place in society in terms of an environmental pressure than can be used for the good of the whole .... as a working example, how many MPs do you think would have dipped their fingers in the till if they knew one of the penalties for getting caught was having the living sh!t kicked out of them?
Not many methinks !

As for breakwell?
His species, although not being able to appreciate the subtleties and niceties of a culture that doesn't appreciate lying, thieving, scamming and so on ... he will be able to understand the physical disadvantages of pain especially when it's part of an ongoing program of events.

It's a sad indictment of our society where the only true deterrent is the administration of violence but as I see it, there would be very little need for violence if these people behaved and so's they have only got themselves to blame .. I will add however, in no way am I stating I have any wish or plan to hurt breakwell.
I could/would never admit to that ... it would be extremely silly of me to harbour those thoughts let alone write about them .... still, people do get hurt as we know and with people like breakwell, if and when they do become injured by an outside party, as far as the police concerned, they would have a suspect list of hundreds seeing as breakwell has scammed soo many people .. I have no reason to assume his behaviour is focused on paintball. I am sure he would try and do this cr@p in everyday life and as we all know, there's some very nasty people out there who really don't respond to deterrents like the police ... still, breakwell must know what he's doing .. mustn't he?

I think breakwell just wants a statement where Mark he says he hasn't received the marker as against proving .. as most people know [excepting of course breakwell] you can't prove a negative and so Mark meely has to provide a written statement ... the fuhkin cheek of it beggars belief, it really does
