Just as an idea, do you think it might be useful to have a sticky in the For Sale area with a rogues gallery (Cowboy traders, P8nting gone wrong, etc), which could be a list of user names, real names and photos to make life easier for people to spot dodgy people not only here but when trading in person and using other forums. Potentially very useful for the newer people who have maybe not been to many events and therefore do not know what many of us look like, our personalities, moral standing and standing in the paintball community.

Pete please don't try to revoke his ban on cpps, npf and warped as just because he has finally paid up, after a shoot load of bs and lies is this still really the person that you want playing with your team/ at your league/at your park. This could also give off a vibe saying that the community will ban you then as soon as you've payed etc your fine to go and live your balling life and this could also make scammers think they can have a chance of reliving their balling lives and the fact that we (as a community) have come down on hims SOOOOOOOOO hard will put people off so there's my tupence and view but what do others/mods think.

Here's the thing.
We could ban him for life, it's easily possible, but then he has a diminished incentive to pay, surely?

I didnt say we shouldt. I was joint pointing out as rob had said that it wasnt him that banned him it was the owners that did upon hearing from robbo. The only thing left for him to do would be walkons at places that dont know him or scenarios that dont know him. but if i saw him at a scenario id light him up regardless of the team

And what you meant to say was - You would do this, UNLESS HE PAYS...

If someone told me - pay me $20 and I will shut-up, and then that person makes no noise whatsoever, I would not feel the need to pay my $20, because, I don't need the guy to shut up (because he's not making any noise)

Likewise....

If someone said to me - if you don't pay me $200 you're going to get banned from driving, and then I read online that I was going to get banned from driving anyway, even after I paid my $200, I would not be willing to pay the $200 - because I would get no value from it.
