didn't work when I tried to help out Gee Tee but if you need a county court claim prepared Robbo give me a shout, you'd have to pay a court fee to actually issue it through the courts but I'll fill out the form and e-mail it to you for nowt.

I did really appreciated the help at the time Mike. It may have worked too had this ******* not recently, and conveniently vacated the address my court papers were served on. I still suspect the person contacted at his old address was covering for him, but I've got no way to prove it one way or the other.

Anyway.. as a result of your involvement, I feel I've since gained a good friend via the forum :thumb:

I have received a PM from our little friend scumbag breakwell ... the message really is a piece of work .. if I told you about it, you wouldn't believe me ... seriously; it is one of the most inane dollops of drivel I have ever had the misfortune to read.

It boasts the grammatical content a 7 year old would be embarrassed by, the spelling of a dyslexic aardvark and the worst part?
Oh my, the worst part is, he's delusional, incredibly stupid and inappropriately arrogant.

Now before anybody starts declaring I may be somewhat unfair here, let's remind ourselves of what we are dealing with here.

He was originally banned for scamming on here and got one of his mates to sell a marker for him ...as we know, the marker never turned up ....
Secondly, I have been informed this scumbag has been banned from other forum sites for also scamming ...... when you read his message to me tomorrow, I promise you, you will lose any faith you might have harboured in believing in allowing some sort of leeway for the congenitally stupid .. this guy really takes some beating.

I will post it up tomorrow with my attendant response .... breakwell's message would make the Dalai Lama pick up a bottle and smash it right into his teeth .... it is that infuriating and the tragic irony is .... this idiot really thinks he's making valid points ...when you read it, you'll understand my incredulity ...

i am currently in business with the post office, tracking down the marker, the post office have stated that they have had christmas delays, people are only just recieving christmas cards ect, i have been today and have to go back tomorrow to find out were the parcle is,

Hmmmm, the money was sent to you by our Irish friend, Mark on the 26th November, you allegedly sent the marker to him on the 14th December, if you did send it, why so long?
But, let’s assume for the purposes of this response you did actually send it and you were just being a rude prihk in sending it late [more likely you needed to save up your pocket money to afford the postage] …. The PO automatically declare any parcel ‘missing’ if it’s 14 days late.
If you went to the PO yesterday, then why didn’t they tell you as much?
They are not going to be able to find out anything in one day after its been missing for over a month ….. but of course, you are telling the truth aren’t you??
Also, you can tell us all what the tracking number is and also the insurance number you got …. I mean, only an absolute imbecile would send it without insurance wouldn’t they breakwell???

To conclude, let’s give this ingrate the benefit of the doubt in that he did actually send the marker ….. what follows then are the actions of a complete imbecile at best; his utter denial that he’s responsible, his deceit in getting his silly mate to sell the marker for him because he had already been banned for scamming, his entire attitude and arrogance when everybody around him was telling him to do the right thing and pay the money back and then go on to sort things out with the PO …. Just wanna say that this is guy is NOT a warped player, I believe he is a friend of a couple new guys we have taken on recently, and he was hanging around at CPPS on Sunday.

Mr Tom Tiny Breakwell - its clear you have at best been untruthful and disrespectful in this matter, and at worst been a lying thieving scumbag - either way I can assure you that you wont be hanging round ANYWHERE near the Warped team in future, and if I were you I would stay well away from anywhere your likely to bump into the wee scotsman in the future !
