To those who wanted to know if you can camp on the Friday and/or the Sunday nights - simple answer is 'no' I'm afraid.
For this event, we've leased the site for the Saturday and Sunday only.
However, less than 15 minutes from the site is this campsite: http://www.honeybridgepark.co.uk/pricelist.asp
Suggest you guys book in there where you can get a shower and some decent facilities for pretty cheap.

Just started getting my own setup so am gonna try to book this week. does anyone know the age limits for event and if you can hire equipment cause am gonna bring my brothers and the youngest is only 12 and has no equipment. CHEERS

The £55 ticket includes all the rental kit you will need. Not sure about how old you have to be before you can play

What time does this open saturday morning (camp site and venue)? I don't want to get there to early but i also don't want to be there to late as i'd like to get my tent up as soon as posible so i can enjoy the rest of the day.

Age limit is 11+
I'd advise arriving around 11 or 12 on Saturday - not much happening before then.
The first batch of USB memory sticks were sent at the end of last week.
Of the first 30 sent out via registered post, 12 people were not at home to sign for them. Of those 12, 5 customers emailed us to say that driving to their local sorting office to collect the item was an inconvenience to them as they work full time.
Given the cost of the item, we're not really that keen to send out hundreds via the normal postal service given the high possibility of some not reaching their intended destination. Registered post is clearly an inconvenience to many customers and the last thing we want to do is inconvenience anyone.
Therefore, at a meeting today, we decided that the best course of action is for all players to collect their memory sticks upon arrival at the event.
It doesn't alter the registration process at all and does mean that the chances of inconveniencing customers, customers loosing their sticks or forgetting them is also eliminated.
When you arrive at the event, you will supply your name to the registration staff who will then issue you with your T-shirt and memory stick and you will then be registered. Simples.
