The response from the 4 episodes of X-Fire shown was phenominal in for the paintball industry. After the first couple of shows, interest in paintball from the public was massive, and site bookings sored.
Don't be so negative, you bunch of loosers.
The public loved the program, and everybody in my family who watched it, because I was on it, went on to watch the following episodes, because they enjoyed it.
A simple fact that shows how well recieved the program was, is that by the 4th episode, X-Fire already had more viewers than Robot Wars did in its 3rd season.
Grow up and realize that unless you want paintball to remain a truely minority sport, you are going to need the help of big-budget, prime-time, terestrial-TV based shows like this.

The only reason why the public love it is because it's so ludicrous! - And (I am at least) praising it for that! It's a great laugh - I'm dying to get on the next series!!, I'm quite surprised at how great the ratings are - but then again, I suppose
all of my mates watch it - and if you've as many as me, then, well - you don't really need many other viewers!
So, you were in one of the episodes?? Has it already aired???
Also, is there anyone else on the boards who was on it, but who's episode has
not been aired yet? - you know, so we can totally and utterly take the piss when we see it!!

Oh yes.....I can see it now:
Robbo.....the camera starts close up, then zooms out to show him dressed up in his emulsifier protection suit.........emulsifier drawn up to his shoulder.........a serious, straight face as if he was the only hope the world had left.............
que cheesy action music and slow motion action sequences of Robbo doing rolls to make it behind big toxic waste barrels and then popping up to cap the 15 grunts charging at him.....he he he
Ahhh dear, bring on Wednesday night!!
