I think PGI mentioned somewhere that the guns they're shooting are 'Inferno's' too, - covered in about a kilo of cosmetic plastic to make 'em look like big freakin' space age super dooper paintball guns! You've gotta see the gear they wear too! Absolutley comical!

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha !

Oh my God! It appears I have been ignorant too long and was one of those fools who had never experienced the 'thrills' of X-fire!! Just visited the site...they have X-Fire under the wrong tab..should be 'comedy' methinks! Did you notice the mission statement...."save the world from evil...and paintballs' D'y reckon SmartParts will soon stock such 'groovy' playing gear? Can't wait to play a tourney in PVC! Cool Eh? WTF????

I think that it's only repeating last series and it's nothing new apart from the episodes they didn't screen cause of September 11

You bunch of d**k-heads. You can't see past the end of your own big selfish noses.
The response from the 4 episodes of X-Fire shown was phenominal in for the paintball industry. After the first couple of shows, interest in paintball from the public was massive, and site bookings sored.
Don't be so negative, you bunch of loosers.
The public loved the program, and everybody in my family who watched it, because I was on it, went on to watch the following episodes, because they enjoyed it.
A simple fact that shows how well recieved the program was, is that by the 4th episode, X-Fire already had more viewers than Robot Wars did in its 3rd season.
Grow up and realize that unless you want paintball to remain a truely minority sport, you are going to need the help of big-budget, prime-time, terestrial-TV based shows like this.

I cant access the site at the moment but it looks like you can apply enter a team, so I think we should. Can we take our own "space aged" weapons along?

Yea we need publicity and X-Fire does that and I'm sure ratings are huge but lets face it what about showing some serious tourney action on channel 4 I bet that would get a great response and people might want to try paintball and go to tourneys, Not just the space aged Mock version. Heck have it as an hour start with X-fire go onto P8ntball World the new show about tournament paintball.

People interested in Xfire would watch.

I work for Channel 4 & have never managed to see it as we don't finish work until 6.00pm. If you think they should carry on showing X-Fire then give them a call on 020 7306 8691, e-mail not much use as it can take up to 6 weeks for them to get back to you
If some of you are really interested in trying to get more paintball on the Channel it's no use contacting C4 direct as we don't actually make any programs at all, they are all commissioned from independant production companies. Get after someone like Transworld Sports - I know they did a small feature on a big NTF Birmingham tourney a few years back

Liz do you have a number or contact address for Trans World sport??..if so please post it..they've had some odd events on that program including Bog Snorkelling in Wales!!

So if a little info on the forthcoming X-ball games could be sent on to them pehaps they'll send along a camera crew just to see what the fuss is about...

Afterall it is an international event and they feature many unsual sports.

Cheers
