It's alright, actually by him linking to p8nt it's doing us a favor, as an established site with hundreds of thousands of pages of content indexed by the various search engines, as other sites link to us it improves our rankings within search said engines.
Then I will link p8ntballer straight away!!! The damage these people can cause to unsuspecting people is what is wrong with paintball.. All the hard work goes missing when idiots like this get a voice!!!

Wow. I got the feeling from another thread here that competitive paintball in the UK is having some problems. I get the feeling from this thread that there seems to be a lot of intolerance and a lot of political issues. Looks like you have much work ahead of you.
There's a massive distance between intolerance and dealing with an ignorant troll. It's plainly obvious from the original post that this guy wasn't here to discuss a situation or learn more about it, it was a flat out rant aimed at the owner and moderators of this forum (who, by the way, have attempted to do far more for the state of UK ball than almost any other).
The very first reply indicated that he only had one side of this story, and the owner himself even managed to give him a chance to start a decent and rational discussion before he was dealt with, which he wasn't taken up on. The guy was here to cause trouble, nothing more. There's no intolerance in that, he would have seen that himself if he'd had more respect.
You make the connection between the state of UK ball and the decorum of the people in this thread, which is both massively unfair and somewhat hypocritical. You're from Canada, making the biggest forum for you (North Americans in general) PBNation. Ever take a trip over there? Of course you have. It's intolerance and idiocy central, if we were to use the same stick you're hitting us with in that post, the state of US ball would be just as bad.
Yes, there are some political issues, but if you look into the details of them, the responses in this thread are less catty than they seem. Politics are a part of every run in life, not just the UK.
.. perhaps our friend desponge does have at least one semi-functioning neuron in that 'brain' of his because if I'd just pis$ed off someone and they then subsequently opened a door for me inviting me to go through, I might be a tad suspicious .. and he's every right to be.
I must say though, normally, ingrates such as desponge do tend to take the bait because they really do feel as though they're smart enough to get into it with the people in this thread .... and there are some pretty smart cookies already lined up to take him on.
He would be decimated .... but some of these types want exactly that .. they want the engagement with people because it elevates their perceived status [in their head] and gives them recognition [once again in their head] when in reality, all it does is make people think he's a sub-intelligent twhat ...
Let's see if that lonely brain cell still manages to function somehow thus ensuring he stays well away from this thread .... it'll be hugely entertaining if he returns .... but the sort of entertainment that was evident in the Colosseum of old
